From Feb 1, 2024, we are suspending NEW patient registration service until further notice due to significant backlog waiting list.
Existing patient - if your last visit was more than 1 year ago, please fill in existing patient form to update your details. We will contact you to make new appointments.
Please be informed that at SpinoConcept, we neither participate in rehab programs nor provide treatments and/or medical legal certificates that attract 3rd party reimbursement (TAC, Work Cover, Veterans Affairs, and Commonwealth Rehab etc.)
We are not a bulk billing practice. Medicare-funded enhanced primary care plan (EPC Plan) initiated by your GP is accepted, however, full consultation fee is payable at each visit and a receipt will be issued for you to self-claim from Medicare.
Our professional fees are standardized across different patient groups disregarding occupation, EPC referee, concession/pension card holder, student and kids.
